摘要
Flower-like Bi2MoO6 microspheres, consisting of closely packed nanoparticles, were grown in-situ on ceramic tubes via a simple solvothermal route. Morphology and structure of the flower-like Bi2MoO6 microspheres were characterized by X-ray diffraction meter (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscope (XPS). The microspheres diameters are around 200 nm constructed by nanosheets. Gas-sensing properties of the flower-like Bi2MoO6 microspheres sensors were also systematically investigated. This sensor exhibited an excellent H2S sensing performance, including low detection limit of 0.1 ppb, good selectivity, high sensitivity and stability to H2S at 170 °C. Such superior H2S sensing property might be resulted from the unique structure and good crystallization of Bi2MoO6 microspheres.
