摘要
Study on the use of acetic anhydride as a co reagent of fatty acid to synthesize cellulose esters. FT IR, 1H NMR were used to characterize the structure of the samples. The graphs of the FT IR and 1H NMR showed that the fatty chain was grafted to cellulose skeleton to form cellulose mixed esters. Degree of substitution ( DS ) of the product determined by 1H NMR could reach 1.66 . The study of esterification of cellulose with a series of fatty acids was carried out to disclose that when the number of carbon atoms( n ) of fatty acids increased, the degree of substitution of product decreased, and the mass of product had a tendency to increase first, then decrease.
