摘要
Objective
To explore the nursing effect of multi specialist nursing model on patients with intelligence score defect.
Methods
Totally 100 patients with intelligent score defect in our hospital from No.1 Nerve Ward were taken as the observation group. The observation group adopted the multi specialist nursing model, i.e. the rounds of wards made by the doctors and nurses together. The department director, head nurse, doctor in charge, nurse in charge, cognition-training nurse and safety-administrating nurse make the rounds of the wards together every day in the morning, and the evaluation for nursing was made. The personalized safe nursing measures were formulated.Doctor-nurse cooperation in the same team, early-stage cognition-function training and management for safety of nursing were implemented on patients.Another 100 patients with intelligent score defect from No.2 Nerve Ward were chosen as the control group. The control group received the traditional nursing method of neurology department. The mental state was assessed at the time of admission and discharge. The occurrence of nursing accident during hospitalization, the satisfaction of the patients and the awareness rate of safety management knowledge of the patients were investigated.
Results
The MMSE scores, patients' satisfaction and the awareness rate of knowledge on safety management of the observation group after discharge was significantly higher than that of the control group.Nursing accident rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusions
The implementation of multi specialist nursing model on patients with intelligence score defect can improve patients' awareness of safety management knowledge, reduce the occurrence of nursing accidents, and improve the quality of life of patients and improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
