摘要
[Objective]
To understand the current status and influencing factors of the public's cognition, attitude, and behavior (KAP) for COVID-19, and to provide a reference for formulating strategies for mass prevention and treatment.
[Method]
Through the snowballing method, the Internet invites the public to conduct an anonymous questionnaire survey.
[Results]
A total of 1576 questionnaires were received, 1553 were effective, and the effective recovery rate was 98.54%; the epidemiological knowledge awareness rate was 87.3%; the etiology knowledge awareness rate was 93.1%; the prevention and treatment knowledge awareness rate was 85.9%; the average score of fear attitude towards COVID-19 is (15.47 ± 3.15);The average score of government attitudes is (11.28 ± 1.58); Average score for preventive behavior is (24.47 ± 2.61); Men ’s knowledge scores in epidemiology and etiology are higher than women’s (P<0.05) ; Women’s fearful attitude towards the epidemic and the government ’s identification attitude scored higher than men ’s (P<0.05); urban household registration public prevention knowledge scores were higher than rural household registration (P<0.05). Regression analysis showed that gender, age, occupation, household registration, attention level, epidemiological knowledge, and prevention knowledge are the influencing factors for the fear attitude to the epidemic (P<0.05); attention degree and prevention knowledge are the influencing factors for prevention behavior (P<0.05).
[Conclusion]
The public's awareness rate of the COVID-19 and to the government's attitude towards identification are relatively high. The degree of fear of the epidemic and the preventive behaviors are above average. It is recommended to carry out targeted public education on COVID-19.
