摘要
In this paper, a novel bandgap reference (BGR) is proposed in 180 nm BCD process. By adding a high order temperature compensation circuit and a power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) enchanced circuit, the BGR offers significant improvement in temperature compensation and PSRR performance. The proposed bandgap reference could operate under a wide supply voltage range of 2.47V to 10V. The simulation result shows temperature coefficient (TC) is 9 ppm/°C from −40 °C to 125°C and the PSRR at 120kHz is 86dB. The proposed reference is believed to offer great performance for wide input range low drop-out (LDO) linear regulator applications.
