摘要
In this paper, fluoroaluminate–tellurite glasses were fabricated by introducing TeO2 into the fluoroaluminate glass. The thermal stability of the fluoroaluminate–tellurite glass as a function of the TeO2 concentrations were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The 2.7 μm emission of Er3+ ions in fluoroaluminate–tellurite glass was investigated: τ can reach to 1.34 ms and emission bandwidth is more than 150 nm. In conclusion, fluoroaluminate–tellurite glass is proposed to be a promising material for 2.7 μm fiber lasers.
