摘要
Objective To observe the changes in mesenteric microcirculation of rabbits after high-voltage electric burn and explore its mechanism , which may offer theoretical basis for the prevention and cure of organ injury after high-voltage electric burn. Methord High-voltage electric burn model is duplicated. Fully exposed mesentery microcirculation is observed with WX- 9B poly-position microcirculation instrument. Results The mesenteric microvascular calibers are all effected by high-voltage electric and different time phases. In addition, there is interaction between high-voltage electric and time phase (P0.001). Conclusion High-voltage electric burn can induce changes of rabbit's mesenteric microcirculation.
