Two 7, 20-Epoxy-ent-Kauren Diterpenes

Two 7, 20-epoxy-ent-kauren diterpenes were isolated and identified from leaves of Isodon enanderianus (Labiatae). On the basis of spectroscopic data, their structures were elucidated as 6β, 7β, 11α-trihydroxy-19-acetoxy-7α, 20-epoxy-ent-kaur-16-en-15-one (longikaurin D) and 6β, 7β dihydroxy 11a, 19-diacetoxy-7α, 20-epoxy- ent - kaur- 16 - en- 15 - one (longikaurin F) , respectively.
