Study on Conflict Between Proprietary Intellectual Property and Knowledge Sharing in Cooperation Alliances

It describes the inevitability of conflict between proprietary intellectual property and knowledge sharing in cooperation alliances by CA.The results indicate that,in the cooperation alliances that have two partners only,if without any exterior restrictions,rational partners cannot share their proprietary intellectual property and result in the failure of cooperation alliances,which supported by game analysis.Model 2 shows that,as long as mediator is introduced in alliance,and the mediator is bestowed some rights(e.g.coordinate or punish),knowledge sharing among partners can be realized.
