Reproductive endocrine disruption in fishes

Endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) are contaminants of concern that are pervasive in the aquatic environment and have a wide range of effects on the reproductive physiology of fishes. This review introduces basic reproductive endocrine functions of fish and the mechanism by which those functions are impacted by EDCs: from molecular processes to population level effects.
