摘要
The quantum era is an emerging and doubtlessly disruptive subject with the capacity to affect many human activities. Quantum technologies are dual-use technologies and as such are of interest to the protection and protection enterprise and army and authorities' actors. This file opinions and maps the potential army packages of quantum generation, serving as an entry point for worldwide peace and safety tests, ethics studies, navy and authorities' policy, method, and selection-making. Quantum technologies for military applications bring new skills, enhance performance, and increase precision, resulting in "quantum battles" where new naval doctrines, strategies, rules, and ethics must be implemented. This document provides a brief assessment of emerging quantum technology and makes an educated guess as to when it will be available and what its effects will be. Applications of quantum technology for the military that are specific to various forms of conflict (such as land, air, area, electronic, cyber, and underwater war, as well as ISTAR, or Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance) are described, along with the challenges and difficult circumstances they present.
