摘要
Coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) ensures non-invasive assessment of coronary artery stenosis and high-risk plaques (HRP), such as low-attenuation plaques, positive remodeling, napkin-ring signs, and spotty calcification, which are predictive of subsequent acute coronary artery syndrome. However, the current CCTA assessment has several limitations regarding the spatial resolution and biological evaluation for the precise diagnosis of vulnerable plaques, even when using CCTA-based HRPs.
