摘要
Stem dynamics’ perspective, Vensim PLE is built to a system dynamics modeling, and the paper used it to the basic analysis frame of industrial transformation and upgrading and labor employment. The simulation results show that the model has a high-fitting degree in the actual evolution process of industrial transformation and upgrading and labor employment. Through randomly adjusting the variables of achievement conversion rate, tax rate, talent attraction, and policy implementation coefficient, the paper analyzed the change trend of gross domestic product and total labor under different conditions. It verified the feasibility between the above variables and industrial transformation and upgrading and total labor employment. The results aim to enrich the theoretical system of industrial upgrading and structural adjustment and provide valid and powerful supporting for the decisions of regional economic management. It has important theoretical and practical value.
