摘要
In article number 2000538 by Horacio Cabral and co-workers, flexible catiomers fasten mRNA through efficient polyion complexation to form stable mRNA-loaded nanocarriers based on polyion complexation, resulting in enhanced protection against nuclease attack and polyanions toward increased translation both in vitro and in vivo and enhanced bioavailability of mRNA in blood. These results indicate polycation flexibility as a new approach to stabilize polyion complex for enhanced mRNA delivery.
