摘要
Graphical Abstract A single gate controlled nonvolatile floating program gate (FPG) reconfigurable field effect transistor is proposed. It introduces FPG instead of a program gate (PG), and requires only one independently powered gate to complete the reconfigurable operation. The static power consumption and reverse leakage current are largely reduced.
