Under this background, this paper first studies the connotation and prediction basis of financial risk of foreign enterprises, then analyzes the causes of the formation and diffusion of financial risk of marine enterprises, and finally gives the control strategies and measures for the formation and diffusion of financial risk of offshore enterprises.
