摘要
With the continuous development of China's national economy, small-scale fine chemical production technology has gradually emerged in the chemical field. Due to the wide variety of small fine chemical production, to facilitate research, mainly the beer fermentation process as an example, this paper uses Siemens S7-1200PLC as the basic controller, and the PID system and control panel are integrated into the monitoring software to prevent the interference of external factors in the control process and cause the system control parameters to be unstable. This project designed a set of economical and practical PLC control system, the system through the operation of the PLC and its actuator, automatically adjust the temperature and pressure of the beer fermentation process, to achieve high quality, low-cost purposes. At the same time, the system also has the functions of display storage, printing, and alarm of parameters.
