Progress in the application of automation technology in Baijiu distillation

The solid distillation process is an important stage and step in the production of Chinese baijiu and has a great impact on the quantity and quality of the baijiu produced. In this paper, we will present the current status of the application of automation technology in the solid distillation process of baijiu, analyze the data results of baijiu brewed with automation technology, and expect to have some impact on the future of Chinese baijiu technology.
