Erbium-doped CsPbI2.5Br0.5 with enhanced crystalline quality and improved carrier lifetime for thermally stable all-inorganic perovskite solar cells

We propose the doping of erbium chloride into CsPbI 2.5 Br 0.5 , where small erbium cations lead to a contracted lattice volume, and meanwhile chloride anions enhance the crystallinity and uniformity of perovskites, thus prolonging the carrier lifetime.
