Cardiac amyloidosis (CA) involves the abnormal accumulation of misfolded proteins in the heart muscle, leading to restrictive cardiomyopathy.1 Recent advancements in imaging and therapeutic agents have sparked considerable interest in this field. Atrial arrhythmias (AA), particularly atrial fibrillation (AF), are prevalent in CA and may impact long-term cardiovascular outcomes, prompting an investigation into early rhythm management strategies.2 However, a significant gap in understanding the safety and efficacy of AA ablation in these patients remains. Our study explores the efficacy and clinical outcomes of AA ablation in patients with CA.
