摘要
Aim To study the chemical constituents of a mangrove bacterium Bacillus sp.Methods Various chromatographic and spectroscopic methods were applied for the isolation and structure identification of the compounds.Results Six compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as N-oleoyl-threonine(1),daidzein(2),uracil(3),thymine(4),adenosine(5),and deoxyadenosine(6),respectively.A mixture was also obtained and identified as [cyclo(Pro-Gly)](7) and 1,5dideoxy-3-C-methyl-arabinitol(8).Conclusion Compounds 1 and 8 were firstly isolated from the genus of Bacillus.
