摘要
The flavone content in major organs and nutrient ingredients of buckwheat related species at different stages(the Seedling,reserving bloom,starting bloom,full bloom and maturity stage) was determined.The results showed that the three species of buckwheat,the flavone content gradually decreased from high to low and reached a minimum,decreased first and then increased from seedling stage to starting Bloom stage,and decreased gradually to maturity stage.The order of content of flavone in major organs at developing stage was leaves,roots,stems,but become flowers,roots,stems at reproduction stage.The content of crude fiber,protein and fat increased at developing stage,protein and fat was most at full bloom stage,but the most period of crude fiber was reserving bloom stage,and reached the lest at maturity stage.All the nutrient ingredients of buckwheat related species was legal to the requiements.The content of flavone,protein and fat at different stages existed significant in different species excep crude fiber.
