摘要
In this study, we prepare dispersed MoS 2 nanosheets by water bath ultrasonic stripping method uniformly. The MoS 2 nanosheets are characterized by SEM, TEM and XRD, and then the gas formic acid is detected in detail. The experimental results show that the sensor patterned with MoS 2 nanosheets has high response to formic acid gas with the response time of 11s, and the recovery time of 17s. The sensor exhibits excellent selectivity, repeatability and stability under a linear relationship between the resistance of the sensor and the gas concentration.
