摘要
An X-band limiter has been designed and tested in this paper. This limiter utilizes two-stage antipallel diode structure. Test results show that this limiter can work in 8-12GHz. Insertion loss is less than -0.5dB at 12GHz. Input return loss and output return loss are less than -14dB. Noise figure is less than 0.35dB. It can keep the output power below 13.6dBm with a maximal power input of 33.6dBm CW for 30minutes, no damage was observed. The actual size of the limiter is 1mm*0.7mm.
