Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.In order to improve that automatic control performance of the movement of the ship assembly robot, the hardware optimization design of the automatic control system of the ship assembly robot is carry out, and the design scheme of the automatic control system for the movement of the ship assembly robot based on the PLC logic programmable chip is proposed, the system general structure comprises an AD sampling module, a ship assembly machine movement automatic control module, a PLC logic control and control command loading module, a reset interrupt module, an upper computer communication module and an output conversion control module, in that method, a PLC logic programmable chip is used as a core control chip to carry out multi-thread control of a ship assembly robot motion automatic control system, and a VIX bus processing technology is adopted to carry out the motion automatic control instruction processing of the ship assembly robot, the upper computer communication module of the automatic control system is constructed for remote automatic control and man-machine interaction design, and the PLC and the DSP are used as the data processing center unit, and the hardware module development of the automatic control system of the ship assembly robot is carried out under the ARM embedded microprocessor environment. The results of the system test show that the robustness of the automatic control of the ship assembly robot is good, the stability of the automatic control of the ship assembly robot is high, and the adaptive ability is strong.
