摘要
Two new Cu(II)-based coordination polymers with the chemical formulae of [Cu4(Htca)4(4,4′-bpy)(H2O)2]·3H2O (1, 4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine) and [Cu3(tca)2(dpe)](DMF)2 (2, dpe = 1,2-di(4-pyridyl)ethylene) have been successfully prepared by reaction of Cu(NO3)2·3H2O and 4,4´,4´´-nitrilotribenzoic acid (H3tca) with different N-donor co-ligands under the solvothermal conditions. Next, the Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay and the colony formation assay was performed respectively to evaluate the anti-proliferation ability of Cu(II)-based coordination polymers. Besides, the transwell assay was carried out to determine the migration and invasion capability of A2780 ovarian cancer cells after treated with synthesized complexes.
