A mislabeled original picture was used inadvertently. This erratum is submitted with the accurate version of the figure, as shown below. The images in the black boxes (C) indicate the portion of the figure that has been replaced.The figure originally appeared as:The figure has been revised to:The online version has been updated to reflect the corrected figure.
