摘要
Copper is a group 11 element and is an appealing transition metal for catalysis. Copper-catalyzed asymmetric radical reaction has been developed into an important tool in organic synthesis. This chapter presents a small overview of some of the most representative reports of copper-catalyzed asymmetric transformations via radical reaction. This chapter also highlights the recent advances of asymmetric transformations catalyzed by copper complex with phosphine ligand, including amination, cross-coupling, and difunctionalization of alkenes via radical mechanism.
