Abstract Uterine leiomyoma is a benign tumor of myometrial tissue which usually affects women of reproductive age. Its prevalence increases with age and has a peak incidence at the age of 40. Metastasizing leiomyomas are dense connective tissue and smooth myometrial muscle cells tumors located outside the uterus. We present the case report of a 55‐year‐old female referred to investigate pulmonary nodules with the diagnosis of metastasizing leiomyoma.
