To improve the utilization efficiency of photovoltaic energy storage integrated charging station, the capacity of photovoltaic and energy storage system needs to be rationally configured. In this paper, the objective function is the maximum overall net annual financial value in the full life cycle of the photovoltaic energy storage integrated charging station. Then the control strategy of the energy storage system is proposed based on the time-of-use electricity price. Next, the capacity optimization configuration model of the photovoltaic and energy storage system is constructed considering the power purchase cost of the charging station, photovoltaic feed-in-price, and the investment cost of the full life cycle. According to the example, the economy of the charging station configurated photovoltaic energy storage is analyzed and compared. The results show that through the reasonable configuration of the photovoltaic and energy storage system, the charging station earning capacity and investment payback period are significantly improved with good economic benefits.
