摘要
The proliferation of toxicants has threatened worldwide food safety. Contaminated food is the monitoring and determination of toxicants have always been critical. Plasmonic phenomena have provided a versatile tool for analyzing contaminates at ultra-trace levels. In addition, nanomaterials-based materials exhibit high fluorescent and optical properties helpful for contaminant detection. It is necessary to discuss sensing tools' design, development, and utility. This review covers the most recent information on plasmonic-based sensors for food analysis and monitoring. We have summarized and discussed the most recent reports and applications of Plasmon-enhanced fluorescence sensors for detecting mycotoxins, pesticides, antibiotics, foodborne pathogens, and heavy metal ions. The design of nanoarrays, surface properties, and electronic and optical activities are discussed for the determination of the analytical performances of sensors. In addition, collected data demonstrate several analytical parameters, designs, and concerts. This study will help the researchers advance the design and development of new food sensors.
