摘要
The influence of reed produced allelopathy material eathyl-2-methyl acetoacetate (EMA) on respiration action, photosynthesis action and antioxidant enzymes system of Microcystis aeroginosa were studied. Under the test condition EMA could raise the respiration rate of Microcystis aeruginosa, causing the CO2 concentration raising in its culture flask, lowering the photosynthesis action rate of Microcystis aeruginosa. EMA promoted the degradation of Chlorophyll a of Microcystis aeruginosa, causing its content lowering. EMA of lower concentration raised the activities of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase and catalase. Whereas EMA of higher concentration lowered markedly these enzyme activities (α= 0.05). High concentration EMA restrained antioxidant enzymes system of Microcystis aeruginosa and promoted the degradating of algae chlorophyll might be one of its mechanisms of restraining algae.
