摘要
CPT atomic clock has the advantages of low power consumption and small size, which can provide high precision and miniaturized frequency standard for such as GNSS receiver, time-frequency system node, underwater navigation and other application. This paper presents a design method of system packaging of special servo control circuit for CPT atomic clock, which can achieve the maximum power reduction and lightweight of the servo control circuit, so as to further reduce the power consumption and volume of the CPT atomic clock alarm. In this paper, self-developed chip size is realized $12.00\text{mm}(\text{length})\times 12.00\text{mm}(\text{width})\times$ 1.60mm(thickness), power consumption 120mW. The chip servo control function is stable and reliable, which core components from all dependence on import to domestic nearly 80%, that has important significance for expanding the application range of CPT atomic clock.
