Multidimensional manufacturing of halide perovskite arrays is of great significance for the development of advanced electronics and optoelectronics. To date, tremendous efforts have been devoted to constructing perovskite arrays with different spatial structures for versatile optoelectronics. In this review, we comprehensively summarize the advances in the fabrication of halide perovskite arrays, including planar arrays and curvy arrays. According to the preparation principle, we summarize the preparation methods of perovskite arrays with different spatial dimensions into eight categories, introducing their evolution from planar structures to curvy optoelectronics and discussing their spatial structure, functional characteristics, and different optoelectronic applications as well as advantages and disadvantages. Finally, we survey the remaining challenges and put forward prospects for the development of perovskite arrays, especially curvy arrays and devices.
