Plant cell walls (PCWs) are intricate structures with complex polysaccharides delivered by distinct trafficking routes. Unravelling the intricate trafficking pathways of polysaccharides and proteins involved in PCW biosynthesis is a crucial first step towards understanding the complexities of plant growth and development.
