摘要
The printing feature of polyimide solution (PI) used in liquid crystal display (TFT‐LCD) was important, which will influence the alignment of liquid crystal and further the display effect. By changing the solvents and the molecular weight, we adjust the hydrodynamic parameters of PI solution, including surface tension, viscosity and density. The result show that by systematically adjust PI solution, we can control the printable voltage window of PI solution on inkjet printing equipment, which can be useful in mass product, considering the allowed voltage window is limited in actual usage.
