摘要
The interfacial tension between the two aqueous phases of dextran—polyethylene glycol—water systems has been determined by the rotating drop method. Values in the range 5 × 10−4−10−1 dyn/cm have been obtained depending on the polymer concentration. A linear relationship between the logarithm of the interfacial tension and the length of the tie line of the phase diagram was found.
