摘要
Although creativity has been traditionally viewed as a solitary activity, much creativity involves social influence processes and group interaction. In this chapter, we review the relative utility of solitary and collective creativity, highlight the factors that influence these types of creativity and suggest the value of appropriate balancing of solitary and collaborative creativity.
