Digital Media Literacy, Artificial Intelligence and Modernization of Youth Career Services

The Artificial intelligence (AI) influences the carrier orientation process. Career consultants in youth career services should update their knowledge and skills about AI phenomena, job search process and changes of the labor market. The paper presents training materials and online tools for continues vocational education and training (CVET) of career consultants from youth career services, in relation to AI in the consultancy process. The developed tools are with free access and are based on the European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET). The paper also presents cases about how to use a combination of different digital media to provide online training of career and pedagogic consultants.
