摘要
In this research, five different piezoelectric materials are used to harvest energy based on the piezoelectric phenomenon. To obtain maximum potential difference for various pressure applied on a constant surface area and layer thickness, some important simulations of piezoelectric materials have been done by using Comsol Multiphysics software. Based on the simulation results, established a mathematical relationship between potential difference, material characteristics and physical dimension. Through extensive research, obtained some important findings of the use of Piezoelectric Materials PZT-4, PZT-5A, PZT-5J, PZT-7A and Lithium Tantalate as the piezoelectric thin film. The purpose of this paper is to compare these materials through simulations with same amount of pressure applied on the fixed surface area and layer thickness to get maximum output voltage.
