摘要
Objective
To explore the impact of the self-efficacy in patients with stroke on their self-behavior management and self-care ability.
Methods
General questionnaires, chronic disease self-efficacy form, self-designed behavior management form and Barthel index were applied to investigate 120 cases of hospitalized stroke patients undergoing rehabilitation training from October 2012 to June 2013.
Results
The self-efficacy score was (8.07±1.90) in the whole group, and different families average income influenced the score of self-efficacy level (F=5.16, P<0.05). The self-management ability score of patients was (48.17±26.18), and self-management of behavior (75.50±19.67) score. Different level of self-efficacy in patients had different score of self-management ability and level, and different self-management of behavior and compliance (P<0.05), but with the increasing of self-efficacy, the self-management score of ability and behavior increased as well.
Conclusions
To enhance the self-efficacy of the stroke patients can help improve the level of their self behavior management, so that it can increase the self-management ability and behavior, and promote the recovery.
