Dentistry and Digital technology

technology for dentistry is a new field that diagnose and treat oral diseases accurately, efficiently, automatically and intelligently by the help of digital hardware and software. Digital dental treatment is now changing the traditional treatment model of oral medicine gradually, and become a trend of development of stomatology. This paper gave an overview of the oral clinical application of digital technology and introduced some key technologies. Several important relationships between dentistry and digital technology were discussed in personal opinion. Key words: Stomatology; Digital Technology
