摘要
Flexible electronics is a general term for a technology that is an emerging electronic technology that makes electronic devices of organic/inorganic materials on a flexible/ductile substrate. Compared with traditional electronics, flexible electronics have greater flexibility, can adapt to different working environments to a certain extent, and meet the deformation requirements of equipment. However, the corresponding technical requirements also restrict the development of flexible electronics. First of all, the stretchability and bending of flexible electrons without damaging their own electronic properties have put forward new challenges and requirements for the fabrication materials of circuits. Secondly, the preparation conditions of flexible electrons and the performance of various electronic devices that make up the circuit are still insufficient compared with traditional electronic devices, which is also a major problem in its development. In recent years, the research in the field of flexible electronics is extremely hot, which makes the development of this field rapid and has made great progress.
