摘要
This paper mainly discusses the influence among various kinds of catalyst combinations and temperature on the rate of ethanol conversion and the selectivity shown in C4 olefin, the catalyst combination and temperature optimization when the highest yield of C4 olefin, and the experimental design.Through the principle analysis of chemical equation equivalence, the binary secondary interpolation fitting model is established, the coefficient of function is solved, and the fit diagram is protracted,According to the function and the control variable method, the influence among different catalysts and temperature on the rate of ethanol conversion and the selectivity of C4 olefin is taken into full discussion, and it finally comes to the conclusion that the conversion rate and the selectivity is determined by CO load and loading ratio of CO/SiO2 and HAP.The established model is tested through correlation analysis, error analysis and advantages and disadvantages analysis, and the model can be extended to various chemical product preparation optimization schemes, which can improve industrial productivity and reduce the loss of raw materials to avoid waste.
