Phase change asphalt pavement has the function of self-temperature regulation, delaying the impact of high (low) temperature changes on the road surface, active ability to melt ice and snow, and good timeliness, providing a good implementation environment for highway management departments. This paper aims to analyze and study the snow melting performance of the asphalt layer of phase change material based on a data mining algorithm. According to the analysis of mix ratio and crack resistance, the technical requirements for freeze-thaw and wear resistance of phase change material asphalt mixture are put forward. Finally, the ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to calculate the re-freezing time of the asphalt concrete without microphase change material after the ice and snow melted and the power outage. The experimental results show that the refreezing time decreases with the increase of water evaporation loss under initial conditions. When the water mass evaporation loss is 50%, the refreezing time of the phase change material is reduced to 317 minutes.
