摘要
Digital learning and innovation literacy is the foundation for students to learn to learn and achieve lifelong learning in the digital era, and it is a key factor in promoting the modernization of education. In this paper, by combing the relevant literature on digital learning and innovation literacy, and using the expert consultation method and entropy weighting method, we constructed a digital learning and innovation literacy assessment model with weights for junior high school students. Then the TOPSIS method was used to comprehensively assess the digital learning and innovation literacy of 10 junior high school students. The practical value of the assessment model was verified through case studies, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the current assessment of digital learning and innovation literacy of junior high school IT teachers.
