Society of Interventional Radiology Clinical Practice Guidelines

WELCOME to the 2009 edition of the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) Clinical Practice Guidelines Supplement of JVIR, which we hope you will find useful and informative for your day-to-day practice of interventional radiology (IR). Since the last Clinical Practice Guidelines Supplement was published in 2003, there have been many changes in IR practice leading to the publication of new documents from the SIR Standards Division. The intent of coalescing the documents from the Standards Division into one edition is to help members have the Clinical Practice Guidelines in one convenient reference source for daily reference and to bring them to the attention of SIR members and JVIR readers and authors.
