Two-dimensional BA2PbBr4-based wafer for X-rays imaging application

We successfully fabricated a pure phase 2D perovskite single crystal BA 2 PbBr 4 . We applied it as a wafer in the field of X-rays imaging and showed good imaging performance impressive environmental and temperature stability.
