Power and sample size estimation for interim analysis using PASS

Abstract PASS is an extremely user-friendly software tool for power analysis and sample size estimation for testing statistical hypotheses of varying nature in clinical, pharmaceutical and medical research settings. The present write up makes an attempt to evaluate its powerful modules namely – ‘group sequential design' and ‘conditional power' for power analysis and sample size estimation for carrying out interim analysis of the experimental trials.
