Objective To study by trypsin and papain rats emphysema model. Methods Using pig trypsin and papain endotracheal drip, will 170-220 gram weight SPF 60 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group (group A), pig trypsin group (group B), papain group (group C), 20 in each group. Group B, C endotracheal drip respectively 1U/g, pig trypsin papain 5% papain 0.001 ml · kg-1 ,made group A drip endotracheal releases saline, 90 days, will be executed rat rat lung tissue fixed in 10% formalin for more than 24 hours, right lung tissue, paraffin slice observation group, wash. Dyeing rats,lung tissue pathology changes in immunohistochemical study, the average density of light reflects the expression, compare two VEGF reagent, the average consumption group, the average cost method.Results Each group rat lung tissue pathology change group B, C rats, the alveolar structure disorder,part of alveolar walls, the alveolar rupture cavity expansion, the alveolar structure without obvious changes. Group B, C, average per unit area of alveolar alveolar, average alveolar interval nonsignificant between-group difference. Each rat lung tissue VEGF-2 expression B, C group is A group of light density value significantly higher, B, C without difference between groups. In the rat weight no obvious difference in the circumstances, reagent consumption, reagent cost, preserving method, papain was better than pig trypsin. Conclusions Papain trypsin and constructing rats emphysema paients model, reagent consumption, reagent cost, preserving method, papain was better than pig trypsin.
